Duplex Split
Similar to a subdivision and/or Improvement Survey Plat. The survey delineates and describes the location of a duplex within a property for the desire of the client to separate (divide) a single parcel into 2 smaller individual pieces to be sold or conveyed at a later time.
This "split" may or may not be allowable based upon current zoning regulations, and may or may not be held to the same rigors of a subdivision plat. A client should contact the appropriate zoning departments to determine what regulations are to satisfied.
